Our Story

Our furniture isn't merely about style, it's a testament to fostering a work culture where comfort and health triumph.

Our journey at WFHtable began in the vibrant streets of Kormangala, Bangalore, where Rahul, after leaving his high-paying job at the esteemed company Gensler, decided to pursue his passion for furniture design. A graduate of JJ College of Arts and a postgraduate from NID, Rahul's expertise was shaped by his experiences in designing sets for notable movies and shows, including "Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year" and "Nach Baliye," where he collaborated closely with renowned production designer Mustafa Stationwalae. With a keen interest in furniture design and a vision to create comfortable yet ergonomic workspaces, Rahul embarked on the journey to establish a furniture design company. It was during this time that Khushboo, his wife and a talented visual designer, joined him after meeting during her internship at Rahul's company. Together, they delved into the intricacies of furniture design, drawing inspiration from their shared passion for detail and aesthetics.

Starting with humble beginnings in a garage in Kormangala, they founded their first company, Asana, which later evolved into WFHtable. Witnessing the growing demand for ergonomic solutions, particularly with the rise of remote work during the pandemic, Rahul and Khushboo decided to pivot their focus towards providing hassle-free and ergonomic furniture solutions under the WFHtable brand. Guided by principles of functionality, correct posture, simplicity, and attention to detail, their commitment to enhancing the well-being of individuals in their workspaces remains unwavering.
